IRG Spring Training: Back to the Basics, Ballpark Style

Each spring, our team at Interior Resources Group takes a page from baseball’s playbook and heads into “spring training” mode. It’s our time to reset, refresh, and refocus—getting back to the basics of furniture knowledge and fine-tuning our presentation skills.

This year’s training was extra special as we centered our focus around our brand-new showroom. Team members were split into small groups and challenged to dive deep into the furniture pieces on display. Each group presented insights and fun facts about the items, sparking great conversations and fresh perspectives across the team.

To wrap up our hard work, we traded the showroom for the stadium—celebrating with $1 hotdogs and a Texas Rangers game as they took on the Colorado Rockies. A perfect ending to a productive and inspiring day of learning, teamwork, and fun!
