On Wednesday, September 12, Interior Resources Group (IR Group) and Global Furniture Group joined idGroup employees for an afternoon of chair yoga and wellness.
Yoga instructor Sean Beiersdorfer led the 45-minute class focusing on workplace wellness and using task chairs as the foundation of the class's exercise. From posture awareness to actual stretching and yoga poses, the idGroup team learned how to incorporate yoga into their everyday work routine.
After class, employees were re-energized with a full "Build You Own" salad bar hosted by IR Group and Global Furniture Group.
As part of their #workplacewellness movement, Yoga classes are held twice a week at idGroup and is FREE to all employees.
