WHAT IS COMPANY CULTURE 

So what is company culture? Company culture is defined as a set of shared attitudes, values, goals and practices that characterizes an institution or organization and its employees. It is the foundation and mission of your company and it should be clearly communicated and practiced throughout your office.  

 

HOW TO CREATE COMPANY CULTURE

A strong, distinct company culture plays a vital role in today's business's and their success. According to recent studies, companies that actively develop and continue to build their culture returned 516% higher revenue.

 

Your company culture should clearly communicate the philosophy behind your brand to your employees and visitors. Employees should be engaged and feel an emotional connection to the company and its goals. They enjoy coming to work and feel that they can make a difference.
